Red Jonaprince — known across the trade simply as Prince — is one of Poland's signature apples. A natural Jonagold mutation, it ripens to a deep, even red over a yellow-green base, with a balanced sweet-tart flavor that stands out on the shelf. Prince stores beautifully under ULO, holding its crunch and color through the long EU export season.
